Cool Ice - Midfire Porcelain 10kg - CI

Good plasticity and leather hard strength. I haven’t fired it yet as I’m waiting for the work to dry thoroughly. It needs to dry slowly or joins open up or cracks appear. However, Cool Ice has good, working plasticity for slab rolling and great leather hard and dry strength. I have been developing a porcelain to vitrify at Cone 7, that retains a satin surface and is translucent where thin, but can’t comment here at this stage

Lovely to use. Great that it is a cone 6 porcelain.
