The only thing i dodnt like was the lack of communication from the company. I didnreach out to rewuest to cance the order and dodnt recoeve a response. They then sent me the wrong book to the one I ordered. That said, I’m a fan of the scale swimming series. Very well thought out and a useful training tool.
