Uncomfortable and weird sizing

Likes: cute, durable, work-safe (slip and spill-proof) Dislikes: SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. - The arch sits behind my natural arch leading to pressure on my heels. Foot bed is very hard and uncomfortable for 12-hours shifts on my feet. Makes my gait clunky, the minimal rocker bottom makes my stride feel boxy (for lack of a better term) rather than smooth.
