AutoScooper 12 litter Bed – 2 Pack

Havent replaced the base pad yet but the customer serivce is great when the original two I ordered never showered up they shipped out a replacement order super quick!

I ordered these 2 pack in June and after a fee days got an email from PetPivot saying orders were delayed and I would be send a autoscooper waste bag with my order as a token of appreciation. Even though I wasn’t expecting anything before, I thought that this gesture was very thoughtful and felt appreciated by PetPivot for the wait. Today I received my order and the 2 pack base pad came as expected, but I was disappointed to know that no waste bag was included in the package. Why create an expectation if the email wouldnt be followed through? I still very much like my AutoScooper, but the three stars is for the broken promise.

Wrongly ordered a 12 but i have the 11 and they won't exchange or give me a refund. Hopefully i can find the replacement cat litter pad somewhere else.
