Slow shipping and response time

Togens has great products but often some items are out of stock, while they use USPS for shipping which is quite delayed compared to other commercial shipping options. The latter is likely due to trans country shipments. Finally, they are slow to respond to questions, either via email or phone. Having said that, their products are superior and costs reasonable, while their fly tying videos are very informative.
