Received this brush with very visible bent hair tips due to lack of protection of the package. The seller replied "That was just from packaging being slightly bent from the bag - if you soak the brush, straighten it out and let it to air dry it will go back to shape." You will expect to spend some time and afford for fix up the gift if you ordered this :)
