Super light, not scratchy at all, and the balloon sleeves are floaty, fun, and just the right amount of glamorous. It's such a lovely piece to wear. The dress did arrive on time…and it was absolutely gorgeous. The quality was incredible, the way I felt in it was even better! I was looking for something a little bit different, yet still elegant.
