I ordered a solar smartphone holder with self-tightening, and I was wrongly sent a magnetic holder, which is not usable for my smartphone. Fortunately, at the same time, someone in the family gave me a Lantu holder that can be fixed on the corner of the screen, with self-tightening. Both products consist of two parts, the base and the part that holds the smartphone. I was lucky, the different parts are interchangeable and swappable with each other, and so I could perfectly use the part allowing the self-tightening of the screen model on the supplied holder that is fixed on the air vent rail, behind the steering wheel. So finally I am happy to have several possibilities, even for a future iPhone. The product is solid and holds my smartphone well. By placing it on the left of the air vent slot, the steering wheel does not obstruct the view, and visibility is also clear towards traffic. In this case, a cable for the smartphone must be provided to connect to the central socket.
