I received my heart locket a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. The design and quality are beautiful. I do have one suggestion regarding the locket photo. It was quite challenging to find a website that could print the photo in the exact heart shape needed. It would be a great improvement if your website offered a photo upload and printing service, allowing customers to receive the locket with the photo already prepared. I think this would make the overall experience much easier and more enjoyable.
