I’m 5’4, 118 lbs, and typically wear a 23/24 depending on the brand. I was really excited to order this skirt, but unfortunately the length was much shorter than expected.
The fit through the hips was great, but there’s very little fabric overall — so much so that it didn’t provide enough coverage in the back. For reference, I usually have to tailor skirts shorter to get a true micro mini look, so this was surprising.
If you prefer an ultra micro mini and are comfortable with minimal coverage, this could work for you. Otherwise, you may want to consider sizing up for length and tailoring the waist, or skipping this piece altogether.

If you are looking for something that has structure and is not like a slip skirt, this is not it. It felt overly expensive for the price point.
