Shipping condition was unacceptable

I received these vacuum seal food rolls in a timely manner. They appear to be the same quality as the previous ones we ordered from Mother Earth. However, the state in which they were shipped is totally unacceptable. They were shipped by just sticking a shipping label on each box I ordered, and then dropped into the mail. The product boxes are NOT air-tight and allow for dirt and debris to come in contact with the plastic role. I was expecting the shipping to be done in a 'food grade' manner, but got this. I will not be using these since I cannot be sure the vacuum seal roles are still sanitary.
