Cumin in the GOAT
Cumin is my favorite spice and this one passes all tests. Roasted and freshly ground it’s the basis for so many of my favorite foods. The flavor of this one is so deep and round. I’ll have to order a big tin next time 10/10

Hands down my favorite
Other cumins can’t compare. I use this for tadka, grind it up for cooking, add it whole to rice. It’s fresh and so fragrant.

Earthy goodness
I'm in love with this cumin. I buy (and re-buy!) the chef tin regularly. The seeds themselves smell so good, but the real deal is toasting and grinding them for use in all of the most delicious recipes and masalas. I am not a person who does the most in the kitchen, but grinding these seeds is a real game-changer in terms of flavor in your dishes.
