I purchased this pouch set to convert a 5. 11 Rush 12 hour backpack into a first response kit for an active shooter at a college location. The panel is sturdy enough to hold all of the first aid materials I have added to the pouches. The pouches are secure enough that they require a significant amount of force to release them from the panel. This has been a great product for a fair price. I will definitely be purchasing more panels for extra kits for my family.
