Love it! Love the colour, its so warm, windproof and waterproof, really stylish and comfortable. Has plenty of pockets with zips and love the a hotwater bottle pocket such a great idea for someone thats never warm like me so will definitely be using that! Cant fault it 😊

OMG customer service out of this world !! Businesses need to learn from this Company. A company that cares about their customers, which is rare nowadays. I ordered an Adult paddle board which was on back-order for my wife's Birthday and they couldn't do enough to make sure she got it even to go as far as a manager taking it home with then for me to collect. Thanks to the lovely lady on the phone trying to come up with a solution to make this happen. Great coat and gorgeous colour (mint green) is very cosy and warm. I did size down as want it more for dog walking. My only very small issue is the length could be an inch or 2 longer for me. But then again I probably should have stuck with my actual size for this. Overall it’s brilliant and I love it! 🥰
