DIY Polycarbonate Lean-To Roof Kit

Why did you guys charge me $1,000 this damn thing when it weighed only under 300 lb? I literally could have carried it, just removed it From the Box open and carried them all out or just drove to the location to pick up the product and saved $1,000 would have cost me like $300 maybe to drive to you guys instead like why wasn't there an option for that also it cam with no instructions was difficult to put everything together. If I knew it was going to be like that, I would have done something different.
