Good product but do note the following

Worked exactly as it is suppose to but do note the following: - The item itself is heavy and if placed on a softer mattress I foresee that it may cause the head of the mattress to sink downwards too much - Because of the metal frame and cushion (even without the pillow), there is an elevation with the head portion slightly higher than the feet even when the item is completely lowered. I will be placing either a thin mattress/exercise mat or folded bedsheets/blankets at the lower half of the bed to eliminate this elevation. - When it is elevated, there is a chance the person lying on it may slip towards the end of the bed. I countered this by turning the bedframe around so that the headrest now acts as a foot rest instead
