Great Customer Service and Great Product

Their was a problem with the delivery of my order, through no fault of Venya, but of the carrier. They gave me a refund on the shipping fee and gave me a promo code to waive the shipping fee on my next order. What great customer service!! I received my order and there was an actual hand-written note hoping I would enjoy the teas. Who does that anymore? I promptly made a cup of Earl Grey and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again!!
