Spinach, Goat Cheese & Roasted Sweet Potato Pierogi - Gourmet Vegetarian

pastry too thick and too much oil & cooking time required

I had very high hopes for these but was sorely disappointed. I'm Polish and know what good pierogi should be like: the pastry should be thin, and boiling them ought to be enough. One shouldn't need gallons of oil to fry them! My guests ended up helping with the frying… What a mess.

I buy this regularly and though all the other vegetarian alternatives I have tried from here are really good, this is my favourite.

Just wonderful

First time trying Perogi and what a delicious surprise. Great packaging, easy instructions to cook and so quick to add to a salad or a side at a bbq. Definitely a talking point around the table.
