Disappointing and Misleading Tier Information

I bought Local Audit Pro through Dealify mainly because the product description mentioned White Label Reports. After purchasing and accessing the product, I was informed that this feature is only available from Tier 3 and above. This important limitation was not clearly communicated before the purchase, which made the offer feel misleading. White Label Reports were a key reason for my decision to buy, so discovering this after payment was very disappointing.
