My first order accidentally got short-shipped. I immediately contacted your company representative, Sharon, and she immediately took care of the shortage. I must say that Sharon was very delightful to speak with, and truly took great concern in correcting this error. The customer service she provided was excellent. I will definitely be ordering again from Vanessa for some additional prints.
