Ordered 4 and 3 were defective.

This is the second time I’ve ordered these timers. The first time was great. Only one of the four worked this time. I emailed about my problem and got a very responsive email saying no worries that they would be replaced. That’s good customer service. The jury is out on the next batch of timers as I have not received them yet…
