A24 Smart Trap Kit

There have been no kills to date despite moving to various locations, pre baiting and handling only with gloves. Also, there is no indication of strikes, even when using a test stick. Have shaken the cap and have successfully connected. ???

It was hard to put together, with the instructions consisting only of drawings. The cardboard “test rat” does not trigger the mechanism, though a chopstick carefully pushed against the metal bar does. It makes me wonder if a rat would even stick its head in far enough to set it off. It has been a week, and none of the rats go near it. The bait doesn’t seem to attract them. The components are almost all plastic. For the price, one would think that the trap would be made out of sturdier material.

I've had this trap for three months and not one mouse. I put down a snap trap and went away for five days and caught a mouse. This was a waste of money.
