I purchased a 16x24 canopy for my patio. The product arrived quickly and is made very sturdy. Installation was quick once you completed your attachment points. It provides that necessary shade I was looking for.

Product arrived damaged

I have been unable to reach anyone that can help me. I have sent three emails and no one has responded. The customer service number is not willing to help. I am told damaged or returns must be handled via emails.

Best constructed shade on the market

These shades with the perimeter cable and the booted together end caps are the best sun shade sails I have seen or purchased. Very impressive.
