Disappointing Experience

We placed an order specifically on the website for a shirt that was not labeled as sold out but it still took over a month to receive the item. I reached out several times to customer service and still to this day no one has ever acknowledged it. On top of that the shirt we ordered was not the shirt that was delivered. I again reached out to customer service and still no reply. Very disappointing experience.
