It is awesome. I don't always use all of the fresh green onions before they go bad and I enjoy the flavor. This dust is a great replacement and it doesn't mold!!

I have found this to be an excellent addition to most everything I cook. Love the flavor and it definitely enhances my dishes.

Mild, fresh green aroma.
Very nice, fresh, green aroma. Nothing stale or musty like a lot of dried herbs can be. Great for eggs, dips, salad dressings, soups.
