I purchased my suit months in advance for a wedding. When it was time to get tailored, it didn't fit due to some weight loss. Despite being well out of the exchange period, support was super helpful and exchanged my suit for a better fitting one. Will come back to Signature Menswear for my next suit because of the great service!

I received an order that did not fit true to size and as I was packing the return I also noticed that the cuffs of the pants were unraveling already. However, the customer service has been very supportive and efficient in processing my return and refund. They were also polite and respectful.
