Excellent machine. With this machine, it now takes 1 person to do what 3 people where doing. Plus it now takes alot less time as well. Saving me on labor cost and time, this machine is paying for itself. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for our small butcher shop!

We are a small butcher shop and this addition is perfect for our needs! Not too big but powerful enough to handle anything we throw in it.

Hakka bowl cutter

The machine is nicely constructed and runs quietly. It emulsified meat quickly. It could use a "comb" on the back side of the blade to keep product from packing into the bowl cover. The manual needs to be re-written by someone whose first language is English and include instructions on disassembly for cleaning. All things considered, I'm happy with the machine for the price.
