They state that you must use the carrier that they used, but are responsible for paying to return it, which can range from $350-600+ depending on your location. Additionally, if you received “free shipping” from Heller, they will deduct their absorbed shipping cost from your refund as well. With a 80% refund, $400 in shipping costs, and potentially deducting their shipping costs, you could ultimately be on the hook for eating $600-800 to return the item. This info is available, but is hidden in fine print behind a link under “Return Policy” which states “At Heller, we strive to ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase”. Patently false. Make sure you love the bold color before purchase!
