Not come. I’ve messaged, emailed and had nothing back. Have lost my order and money. Will not be buying from this seller or company again !!!!

My order never arrived and when I tried to contact them to see where it was or get a refund, no one has gotten back to me. I’ve sent five emails/requests from their website and heard nothing. The tracking said that my order was delivered to somewhere in England and I live in Glasgow, my address details were 100% correct on my order so no reason for this huge mistake.
