2 mm Silver Ball Bracelet

I have bought many bracelet stacks Silver Gold and the rose gold “433” Two necklaces and a “mom” bracelet and last week i bought a “322” stack And it was not what was pictured The 2mm bracelets had a bigger bead and not shown in the pic online The website stated 100% stand behind their purchases I havd been emailing with customer service and they will not give a contact number nor will they replace at no cost to me another set They said the bigger bead was to hide the knot to make the bracelet No where did it say this in the purchasing web page They cannot give me an answer and just say mail back for a refund I told the customer service it was a gift They should replace with no extra cost to a good frequent customer They just lost my future purchases And no empathy for a good customer I was trying to support a local business but they cannot support a local customer

Wife loved her bracelets, unfortunatley I order wrong size and was to large for her wrist. Was able to return and order correct size. I ordered the 3 stack

So pretty! Fits great.
