I am so glad I bought the training chart.
It reminds me to check my posture. And depending how I am feeling that day, narrow stance for a lighter workout or widen my stance for my intensity. Just an all around reminder of the basics.

Its super helpful especially just starting out to see what the positions are and what they do, even if you don't have a lot of time for a complete routine this is great!
