Amazing product and great customer service

We purchased a cold plunge pro and a basin. Both are excellent quality and the customer service was excellent. We had a delivery mishap which damaged one of the items, it was replaced immediately with a new item. Great buy.

Awesome cold plunge

So far it's been great, plenty of room as I'm 6'2 280 and I fit fine. Gets too temp you set it for and it stays right there. Very well built, and can be used outdoors as well as indoors. We absolutely live it so far
