I love my new necklace! It’s everything I wanted and more! Perfect weight and length!

I received a necklace that doesn't have enough weight or quality to stay in place, it's super light and keeps turning around all the time, looking like cheap jewelry and I asked for a refund the same day and they simply didn't want to refund it because they said it's not the company's policy to return it. your money and yes I am forced to exchange it for another part! But, how can you choose another piece when the first one has already proven not to be worth it, especially given the super high price that was paid? Dangerous and arbitrary commercial activity regarding consumer rights?
