Was very surpirsed that the locks for our Pet Door were actually available, as apart from the door itself these are the only other moving parts and as they are externally facing they are subject to the weather. Then, all selection, purchasing & delivery steps were simple and seamless, along with clear & simple instructions in installing them. At days end, this Pet Door has been one of the best accessories for our furry friend.

Replacement locking clips

The clips attach easily. They aren’t as sturdy as the original ones but it’s just a matter of making sure the door is unlocked before our puppy tries to go through it.

Clip replacement

Very good. The original locking clip broke and the new one was easy to replace.
