Initial response after purchase was slow however I purchased throughout busy Christmas period. After some follow up emails the shoes arrived on time for Christmas and were perfect. Great quality thank you

The product itself was fine, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. It took nearly six weeks to process a simple return and send a replacement, despite being within the same country. We clearly stated in the return that we wanted to exchange for a different size, yet they still emailed asking what we wanted. The communication was frustratingly poor, and their responses felt AI-generated, as if they weren’t actually reading our messages. Overall, the experience was confusing and inefficient.
