RitFit Pink Power Pro

Hi RitFit Support, I recently assembled my leg press, but I noticed that one of the linear bearing assemblies inside the sled appears to be missing or defective. During assembly, the ball bearings fell out of one of the internal slider/bearing components. Because of this, the sled no longer slides smoothly and makes a grinding or unusual noise when moving along the guide rails. I can attach photos of the sled assembly if needed. Could you please identify the missing/failed part and send a replacement? If possible, I’d like to replace just the bearing assembly rather than the entire sled.
