Never received

I ordered wheels and was sent a text with a FedEx Ex Tracking number. After a week of not receiving wheels I checked the tracking number which said the package was given over to USPS for delivery. Waited another week and no package was delivered. Checked the FedEx Ex tracking number and it was no longer active. I responded to the text, which stated to if there were any issues and received no response.
