Ordered 2 pairs of XL sweatpants and received 2 completely different sizes. Their customer service takes forever to respond if they even get back to you at all. Now I’m stuck paying even more money to exchange for a pair of sweats that I’m not even sure will fit me since they don’t give refunds even when they’re at fault

Ive ordered the sweatpants before and they were way differnt this time. They dont feel like the sam material, differnt cut and the logo tag was barely glued on without any stitching, in favt it feel off entirely after one wear.
