It geels really good on your neck and upper shoulders. Releases tension nicely. The only negative is it does bot hold a charge for very long. You need to make sure you plug in after each use. Overall i have used multiple massagers and this one is so far the best!

It really is a good product. The pressure hurt my neck no matter what settings I used. I used it for 20 to 30 minutes. I allow others to try it out, they loved it, except they all agreed that it was painful regardless of the settings that were used.
