Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

Perfect for Strawberry Festival!

I made for a local Strawberry Festival and they were a HUGE hit! I named her Stella and people couldn't get enough of her! I used dehydrated strawberries from the farm where the festival was held and loved that I could highlight there produce as well!

Strawberry Shortcake delight!

Made this recipe right on time for Easter cookie boxes. This was fun to make and went over great with family and has gotten a ot of attention from customers. Thick cookie like always but I used a little less oreo and it was perfect.

AMAZING

Great cookie but I did substitute the strawberry extract for strawberry jello mix in the acutal cookie. I also mixed strawberry jello mix, vanilla pudding mix, and a little butter to make the crumble(needs baked) and added the oreo into it after the crumble was done. The flavor is WILD.
