This is my first 5 gallon barrel, but 3rd overall from this company. The craftsmanship is once again spot-on. The barrel is a custom made to order French Oak 5 gallon. The order was made, shipped, and arrived about 2 weeks ahead of when I expected. I originally made a mistake on my order and requested a char level above what I wanted. Chris came through big and was able to fix my order and get me exactly what I wanted. I will not be shopping anywhere else for my barrel needs.

The 5 gallon barrel was an easy choice for quality and the number of people I watch on YouTube talking about them. I cannot wait for my filled barrel to age a few years and taste the Bourbon. It shipped so fast and arrived in perfect condition with instructions on filling and care. Best choice for aging!
