Superb Products; Excellent Customer Service

We recently ordered several palettes from AlchemistX. The quality of the products is superb and the customer service is even better. I had a question about the AX4 travel palette and used the chat feature on the website last night around 9 pm. I expected a response on Monday, but imagine my surprise when I received an answer with exactly the information I needed within 20 minutes on a Saturday night. This was my first order from Alchemist X, but I’m sure it won’t be my last.

Well made. A little on the heavy side to be a travel palette but it is a big one. Purchased to try to get my kuretake paints into one palette. The multi section pans will help with that.
