UNBRANDED USB RECHARGEABLE gravity salt & pepper grinders

I am disappointed in the grinding of salt and pepper. I prefer a finer grind of both and cannot accomplish that. I turn the dial but you cant see any direction markings and no instructions. Also didn't understand that it would grind immediately on turning upside down. So overall, wasnt what I was expecting or wanting.

Everyone loves to use these in house. They work great and are elegantly simple in design.
