In-depth | Sizing issues, good underwear

I got these briefs about a year ago and they have held up very well! Although, Zoah's briefs aren't my favorite because of their sizing and build. The briefs are extremely high waisted and the waistband shows over high-waisted pants, so I'm unable to wear anything cropped or low-waisted with these. They also have silicone dots to help hold them up, but sometimes they irritate my skin (so sometimes I wear them inside-out instead). Even with the silicone, they don't hold up very well over my stomach (might also because they're a bit big) and because of that, they dont tuck as well. Besides that, there are some big sizing issues. I am a large/XL in pants, my waist measurments are 39" and my hips are 37". I got a size medium, but it still seems a little too big for me. I think my proper sizing may be a small, which is what the chart says I am in hip measurements. But the sizing chart stresses the waist, considering me an XXXL! I 100% reccomend you pay more attention to your hip measurements if your stomach is the same size or a bit bigger than your hips. Besides that, the underwear are nicely made. I am still able to tuck with them, but I prefer to wear them under jeans since they don't get me flat enough for leggings. Since this model did not work for me, I ordered the Tanga instead. It fits under my stomach, can be worn with low-waisted or cropped clothing, it's comfortable, and holds a tuck extremely well! For the Tanga, I am a size small. I 100% reccomend buying the Tanga over the briefs if you are considering purchasing a pair, as they are absolutely incredible.
