This just makes it so much easier to sift matcha with a much less of a mess hassle that typical metal steainers cause.

Interesting Concept

Interesting concept. I never knew something like this existed. It is great to pre-sift a whole bunch of matcha so you can quickly scoop it out when you need it. You can definitely store more matcha than you need for a single day - this can last me a couple weeks. I think they need to clarify their instructions though - online it says handwash only but the instructions that come with it says it is dishwasher safe

If matcha is a thing for you, then this high quality and brilliantly conceived sifter is something you should have. It is the most natural and effective (fast) way to perfectly sift matcha, because it’s a better idea. Very high quality, and stainless steel - not seen it anywhere else, really great!
