The side pouches it comes with, that being 4 grenade pouches can be switched out for any MOLLE compatible pouches. The admin pouch in the back even has a little detachable pouch held onto the rig by a rope that you can put a piece of stiff backing into and use it as a mini handheld desk.

Excellent quality and evenly distributes the weight when fully loaded. I spent many years in the military and worked with multiple foreign militaries who used the AK-47 platform and this particular rig outclasses most of what I've seen. I would deploy with this chest rig.
