If there was no star I would have chosen it. I ordered groceries and the melon came back with a broken seal. I couldn't feed my family item with a broken seal so I brought it to your attention. Your response was you were giving me a $15 gift card. I pay well over $54 to have my package delivered to me and I am not a regular so I asked for a refund instead because I could get it from my local store as well. I am not pleased with your customer resolution and I think it could be tailored. Thank you
