This is a great set to go along with my Forno Piombo oven. I found all three components to be stable yet relatively light given the sturdy aluminum handles that are long enough to work my 42" deck. I particularly appreciate the perforated peel as it makes it very easy to launch my pies in the oven. The turning peel is perfect for working the pie once it is in the oven.
