works Well
So far I've only use the Hop Spider as a Large strainer for a watermelon brandy, but it does work brilliantly for that, fine mesh, quite strong, and large. Great reusable alternative for a cheese cloth

Keeping it hoppy
The new hop spider in my 50 lt kettle is a vast improvement on hop bags etc , good size allows for excellent circulation and easier clean up.
