Great product. Does exactly what I need for Isolating quads as assistance work.
The only issue (as others have mentioned in comments) is the ratchet strap. Once its locked down, it is difficult to undo. When trying to push or slide the black button on top of the buckle, the ratchet ought to release. It's an efficiency thing. However, glad I purchased the pair.

Ez boot max
These are like a gravity boot , work out with these and you will be running faster jumping higher, having abs of steal and some firm glutes and abductors .
The only linits is in the mind with these .so many exercises and variations can be done. Quick and easy to adjust on and off , and add weight ,
My fave is you can stand or walk woth these on. Way better than ordinary legs weights , and who wants to be ordinary .
